A few things to consider

Some water features require more maintenance than others. Ponds in general take a little more time and money to maintain than a typical recirculating fountain or waterfall. If you're looking for more of a maintenance free water feature that will give you a beautiful enhancing focal point in your yard and have the nice relaxing sounds of moving water then a waterfall without a pond would likely be the better choice for you. If you really want fish and don't mind a little up keep or think you might enjoy working outside around your pond a little once in a while then maybe you'd rather have a fish/koi pond or pond connected to a waterfall. Also, how much maintenance is required on a pond will to a certain degree depend on how much of a filtration and aeration you incorporate into the pond system.

How it works

Usually we get a phone call or an email from a prospective client and schedule an appointment to do a repair or cleaning service. Many times clients will send us some pictures through email or text so we can take a look at the water feature and get an idea of the estimated cost for the service prior to coming out to do the work.
